the games i really want, like mass effect, red dead redemption the new assassins creed, its not gonna happen, they need to switch the hardware for any possibility on that.

Even games like Kingdom Hearths and stuff, it won't happen.
So its hard to predict because Sales numbers will determine third party support, I won't buy the console but many will and that number will determine the support, however, big AAA- games will not look best on switch and will most likely not come to switch.

Maybe some Ps3/X360 ports and easy- running games.

eternal ninty optimism.

Not happening, of dock it will be far to weak to run it.  And they sure as hell wont be designing the switch version from ground up.

For JAPANESE developers, sure they could develop it from the ground up. They have ample motivation to do so, namely that this is likely to be the market leader in Japan.

Besides they already ARE doing it for Dragon Quest XI, which is bigger than any of the Final Fantasy of KH titles.

So nich Japan titles and cartoony games, but no big world wide titles like FF15.  Gotch ja.

The previous gen ports like Skyrim should come. Maybe the yearly FIFA for the first year. The handheld japanese games too.

But all the big games won't have a Switch's version, except if it's amazingly successful in the first year. But this success won't happen without third party support, so..

1m 50s into it.

"the issue is going to be proccessing power. If the proccessing power is alot slower and it doesnt use the same configuration of core's, and it doesnt have the same graphics capability, they have to do something differnt. And so the question is "dumb it down" or "buttom up, build brand new game",... and the answear is : If the extra work entails "build it, buttom up brand new game"... No  it will not have 3rd party support, it wont last, and the console cannot succede,...."

Is there a percentage comparison with the 3DS and Wii U?

Can't really say, but I'll say similar to the 3DS

"What Percent of Multiplatform Games will Release on the Nintendo Switch?"

Relative to what? Is this a percentage of the Switch games will be multiplatform or a percentage of all multiplatform games released during Switch's lifespan that will be ported to the console?

Feel free to check out my stream on twitch

Honestly I'd be perfectly fine even if there aren't many multiplatform title on switch. We've got many of port on Vita yet it still sell like crap. It's exclusive that will sell the console, either by 1st party or 3rd party.

A handheld gamer only (for now).

Maybe 25%......but the rest is offset by the likelihood that Switch will have 100s of games that aren't on PS4/XBO so it goes both ways.
