1) OS
After setting up for a while, I realized it was very efficient and never had any confusing steps to complete. Set up your account, download updates, blah blah blah.
Once I got it going, I realized that it was a lot like Windows 10, with the only difference being that it seemed more fit for Xbox One.
2) Controller
It's gorgeous, and feels great in the hand. I think the triggers are the best, as they feel absolutely amazing. I'll typically go on a clicking spree where I do nothing but click the triggers nonstop for a minute. Reminds me of the Gamecube's shoulder buttons
3) Graphics
When I saw the video comparisons, I thought the Xbox One would feel like a Wii. After trying out some games, I realized the difference between it and PS4 isn't as bad as I expected it to be. Is it inferior to the PS4 in terms of graphics? Yes, but it doesn't bother me. I play on a damn 240p screen people(i.e 3ds). The Xbox One won't kill me.
4) Download speed
It is surprisingly fast. It's certainly much faster than the PS3, so I'm glad about that. In a world where 'small' games are 15 GB, I'm glad to have good speeds for downloading.
5) requiring payment information for xbox 360 games
Overall, I don't think the Xbox one is that different from the PS4 when you exclude the slight graphics difference and the OS. I think it honestly comes down to:
a) If you had a 360/PS3 before
b) Prefer a certain OS over another
c) Want Microsoft/Sony exclusives
I'm pretty satisfied with it, and don't think the Scorpio will be needed at all for me.
