I have a Pro and VR. I have to say, for me, the demo in VR was on an entirely different level. You are inside the game and there's always a feeling that something horrible is about to happen. I can't begin to describe it. It's almost too immersive.

Sounds like hyperbole but it isn't. It's insane. I imagine they have to tone down the graphics, though.

That's great to hear, I'm really hoping this game will get a good reception, regardless of VR. This will be the game to make me buy PSVR if it goes well, hopefully around march. I was skeptical of RE7 but the demo's have been great, although the character models are fairly lacking but that's a nitpick

lol...  I can't understand how VR is any more or less scary than the games are.  Though, I don't find games scary to begin with.  I have the Pro, but no VR.  I need to cut back on my game spending-- geesh.

how could you not understand that virtual reality is more immersion then looking at a TV?

I'm saying I don't understand the disconnection.  You know where you were before you put the headset on.

My OG ps4 with a good gaming headset is all the inmersion I'm gonna get.   I decided to not fall in ps4 pro or Scorpio this gen as I rather experience 4k and hdr as a new experience next gen.

Trust me its a weird feeling to take off the headset after and hour or so and turn round and see your Mrs chilling watching tv or something. VR is crazy, when something is in front off you, you want to reach and grab it.....!

Firstly, we already knew original PS4 owners would get shafted once the pro came out, and secondly, VR sounds very interesting.

Please abstain from spreading such fud......

No one is getting shafted. The Pro is just signifivantly more powerful than thr PS4. Its a no brainer that it will run the game(s) better. To be shafted would mean the PS4 is being underutilized in favor of the Pro, and there is no evidence suggesting anyone is doing that especially when you consider that the gains seen from having a Pro mode are just inpossoble on the PS4. Its not like the PS4 could actually run the game at 1080p+ rez and fps but devs just decide not to in favour of the Pro.

OT: we can safely say that going forward the best way to play any newly released PS4 game will be on the Pro.
