Super Famicom looks way better, especially coloured gamepad buttons

If you put the PAL system with the US controllers, you'd have total win.

No, I really disliked it; very ugly in my opinion :(
I really liked the PAL version for both the console and controllers (I'm from France originally and I had one).

I find the super famicom to look rather dull, but more importantly I much prefer the SNES carts over the japanese ones.

The big downside of the Super Nintendo (NA) is the yellowing that occurs to most... Mine hasn't yellowed yet but I really dislike that look on those that have and it's rather a bizarre thing that I've not seen in other consoles.

Happens to the Sega Saturn & Dreamcast too. I bet some others, at that - it's a specific type of plastic causing this.

Didn't realise USA had different looking carts as well... just looked them up. They're hideous imo.

I like the purple version since it doesn't seem to bleach out and turn yellow, but I like the top design more, especially the button colours
