3rd column. 3rd row. :)
As for everything else....B-B-But, Japanese games don't matter, they said.

Look at that variety. The dominant shooter game vs non-dominant shooter game ratio is amazing.
Last of us 1 & 2, Until Dawn, Detroit and Death Stranding are beginning to convince me to pick up a ps4 next year.

Never said that at all in this entire thread, if so, please point to the source within this thread so I can make necessary changes.
Anyways, lets stick to the topic which is these are exclusive/console exclusive/console first titles are for PS4 - not about whether playing on PC or PS4 is better :).
As for me, the game I'm most excited for is Persona 5, was planning to buy it for my birthday in February but now gonna have to buy something else since its been delayed till April D: - the rest will more than likely will be bargin bin deals but I've had my PS4 for a year now mainly cause of FFXV and FFType-0 HD.
Edit: Just found the post, really? You were responding to me wanting a third party title from a franchise that is already a multiplat franchise to appear on PC o.O? I thought you meant I said I want all these games to come to PC l0l |
No i said "meh"when you said you wanted it on PC i didn't mean OOOO it's console exclusive gtfo etc etc.
And i said something like this even if all the games came to PC i would still play them on PS4 etc etc let's not dwell on that.
No that is not what i meant to say is even if Ni No Kuni II came to PC i wouldn't be excited or would care for that matter since i don't care where people play games as long as the developers make money i'm happy, but maybe you took it the wrong way.
I didn't say anything about the console vs PC i just said "I've been playing on PC for 12+ i'm sick of it" want to play on consoles and that was it,no hidden meaning no Taunting you if you thought that was it or anything.
Me i'm excited for all the games from Gravity Rush 2,Persona 5,Death Stranding,Last of us part 2 Especially Last Of Us,don't care which platform is it ooo and Cuphead i love that game i like a lot 30/40s cartoons.

Not this crap again. The title in the article states "may be". Not only that, but Yoshida specifically said in that twitter screenshot that he was just explaining the word and doesn't know what goes on with 3rd party relations because that's not his job. It is Adam Boyes(at that time), the one who said it was a PS4 exclusive on stage. So Yoshida's opinion on the matter is irrelevant and he didn't answer anything.
That is a thing of beautifull... And Knack 2 is cherry on top.

Yeah but when someone looks at this list and says its not good than you know somethings wrong with them.
It's pretty telling how Microsoft and Sony both dealt with failing consoles. Sony has always gone out of it's way to secure top talent. When they lost almost all of their exclusive 3rd Party franchises, they made the right move and doubled down on their 1st party studios.
Even going the extra step and encouraging the development of new IPs. It sustained the Playstation brand until they could right the ship with PS3 Slim and PS4.
Then you look at Microsoft and see that their Go-To franchises are seeing dwindling returns in both sales and critical acclaim. They had the opportunity to create a thriving environment for 1st party studios (Giving Bungie more creative freedom and buying Bioware before EA did.) but squandered it. And now they're struggling to fix a broken brand. Between the weak exclusive output, the initial DRM controversy and a weaker console. It really goes to show that fostering a diverse line up of quality games is always the right move for a console manufactuer.

"In video game terms, RPGs are games that involve a form of separate battles taking place with a specialized battle system and the use of a system that increases your power through a form of points.
Sure, what you say is the definition, but the connotation of RPGs is what they are in video games." - dtewi
I'm only interested in 3 of those games so no, not really. (Last, Stranded, Detroit)
