As the title says I just completed the campaign for Gear of War 4 on Insane difficulty and the game was actually much better than I thought it would be.
At 1440p/Ultra/60FPS it looked incredible!
They did a fantastic job optimizing it for PC and there was never once a hiccup with stuttering or frame rate drops.
The first third of the game (before the Swarm) was alright, not really my cup of tea, but after you meet up with the old man and get underground it's Gears as usual.
The Coalition did a fantastic job with this game and happily the left the ending open for a sequel in the future.
If you've got a decent gaming PC I strongly suggest you check this game out. It's definitely a step in the right direction after Judgment.
Word of advice though, if you play it on Insane get ready for some frustration haha.
The campaign from start to finish took me just over 18 hours.
Also, if you've got one, a PS, X1 or 360 controller makes the game a lot easier to play! (At least for me anyway)
