The demons in Uncharted 3 are my favourite as they were really fun to fight with and and a had a good visual design. They required strategy to fight as they could teleport and also had more health than other enemies. The eclipse also gave a cool atmosphere.

The Shambala Guardians were also cool.

The shambala guardians where actually very cool, the Spanish zombies did add some dynamic to the game. The demons in the third entry didn't do it for me however. The guardians where the best though.

I don't see how zombies are interesting when they are in many games.

Maybe because throughout the entire game you wouldn't have expected it which made it pretty crazy when I first encountered them at the end.

I didn't like the game and I think zombies are very common so maybe that is why I didn't care for them.

The Shambala Guardians before they were revealed, I liked the Yeti's.

Yeah. This is why I'm going with the zombies. The Gaurdians were ok, but felt too OP. Even when the A.I. was fighting each other, the gaurdians would often ( always? ) kill the enemy soldiers, even the heavy armored chain gunners with relative ease.

They weren't your typical zombies and it was great for the plot. It really added to the Indiana Jones vibe of the game by featuring the unsuspected.

Spanish Zombies. Reminded me of the ones from Metal Slug X2
