I've just received the latest backer update from Shenmue III. In the five-minute video, Suzuki gives an interview on the proces of choosing music in the world of Shenmue, his experience and influences with music, and what music means in the creation of a game.

Thanks to the slacker backer campaign funding is now close to $6.7 mill with over 73,000 backers.

Those stretch goals are not really cool, though.
Around half a million for the next goal as a pattern...

Agreed.

The stretch goals were extremely poor thought out. No physical PS4 version from the get go also limited the amount of funding. I upgraded my $30 digital PS4 version to a $60 physical but the majority just kept their digital $30.

How high is the chance to see some footage of Crash Bandicoot PS4? :o This is the thing I am most hyped for!!!

After having finished PlayStation VR Worlds, London Studios are ready to take on a new project. Wipeout VR must be one of the contenders.

Could go either way imo, 50%.

Not likely, IMO.

If the rumored first half 2017 release is true then they better show the game at the Playstation Experience. :P

As Barkley says, it's probably 50-50. Personally, I think we'll see new PSX footage (but that's mostly because I'm a delusional fanboy).

Rumor has it that after a hugely disappointing performance of Skylanders: Imaginators, Activision have scrapped the series. If that's the case, Vicarious Visions are now able to focus all their attention on the Crash Bandicoot Remaster.

Where was that rumour? Would be crazy if true, considering we heard absolutely nothing of it till E3 2016 and even there they couldn't show any footage! I was actaully surprised that it was even scheduled for a 2017 release, Early 2017 seems entirely unfeasable to me!

If it was that far done in development then they'd have surely showed footage at e3 when they announced it!

Holiday 2017 title at the earliest imo. But we should hopefully get at least some teaser footage at PSX.

Here is the rumor guys - http://www.gamenguide.com/articles/66654/20161112/crash-bandicoot-release-date-news-update-sony-game-trilogy-will-be-remastered-for-the-playstation-4-within-2017.htm

According to it Crash Bandicoot PS4 will launch on February 28, 2017. WTF... lol
