Ok, this actually got me hyped.

I'm really hoping to see Ni no Kuni 2 and it'd be cool if Sony Japan announced a JRPG, for example, they could revive Wild Arms (with the help of Media Vision) or Legend of Dragoon.

I think this will happen.

Nerdleaks found some concept art indicating that Sony were working on a game with a Western setting.

And as the rumor in OP says, Sony and Wild Arms producer Kentaro Motomura said back in April, 2014 that he'd like to see Wild Arms on PS4.
