If you didn't like it then whats the point of buying it? the gun controls or anything don't change.

I thought the same, but as it kept going level by level it kept getting better and better, the last couple of levels are the best Ive yet witnessed in a FPS, and I do own Cod4.

For all I know, the guy doesn't like shooters. If he didn't like the beginning of the game, so be it. RFoM is a solid, though unspectacular, shooter.

And better of CoD4? I don't think there are many people around who would agree with you on that. The AC-130 level and the sniper level put CoD4 on an entirely different level IMO.
