If Wii U had solid marketing/advertising, a $250 price tag along with 3D Mario, Mario Kart, Smash Bros, Splatoon, Zelda, Pokemon and some smaller support titles in the first year, like Switch is rumored to have than it would sold over 10 million year 1.

Those games on Wii U were new. On Switch are ports. Those ports are not going to sell better or move hardware than the og versions.

They will be ports just for Wii U owners, for Switch owners who didnt had Wii U they will be new games not ports of some old games, espacily if they are actuly like rumours saying remasters with new content and basicly MK8.5, Splatoon 1.5 and Smash Bros 4.5, thats whole point. Same like The Last of Us and Uncharted Collection are basically new games for PS4 owners for who didnt had PS3, but even people who had PS3 also bouth those games..

And like he already wrote to you, those games come on Wii U when console was already considered for faile and console without future, while on Switch their coming on brand new console with whole life in front and in its 1st year (alongside with totally new games of course), so that makes huge difrence for any person who didnt bouth Wii U.

Star Fox Zero would at least make some sense. Thats a game that actually needs improvement. But we know it wont be ported because Nintendo wont bother with games that hasnt already sold well.
