I doubt it. If only because Nintendo ridiculously understocks the NES mini. They didn't even manage to honor pre-orders and in order to pull those kind of numbers is has to be available on shelves as an impulse-buy item.

And no. It should not be couted towards the NES. It's not actually compatible with physical NES games, can't be expanded digitally and is based on a completely diffrent achitechture that relies on emulation. This is a diffrent device.

Nah, no way. Not even if they produce new units with some other games (and a longer cord, goddamnit!). It does sell like crazy right now, but it has like no legs whatsoever.

I also seriously doubt we will ever see actual numbers for the sales of that thing.
