Okay, I've looked back at the most deplorable people in the Marvel universe (MAIN UNIVERSE ONLY), and based on what we've seen of him, there is one sick and unstable man who stands above all of them in terms of horribleness.

Kletus Kassady/Carnage, who was already a total monster before receiving his own symbiote. Carnage's life of depravity started back when he was just a child, pushing his grandmother down a flgiht of stairs, mutilating the family dog, burning down the boy's home he was sent to, killed a random girl just because she wouldn't go out with him, and became a notorious serial killer afterwards, all because he believes murder is the ultimate act of freedom. It's no surprise that Spider-Man called Carnage the most evil person he had ever encountered. He doesn't want to gain anything from what he does, he just wants to see everyone else die.

That is why I believe Carnage is the most evil Marvel villain who's ever lived. However I'm sure many here disagree of who is the worst of Marvel's worst. So go on and tell me who you believe is Marvel's most evil villain?

Red Skull

Red Skull. Other more dangerous villains are usually aliens/magic/cosmic creatures with a morality system utterly alien to humanity.

Carnage. I don't think most of the villains you mention are inherently evil or motivated by evil per se, but rather think their cause is bigger than their actions, so they're justified, or so they think. Carnage on the other hand is a sadistic sociopath consciously wanting to hurt others.

Killgrave.
