#49 was Fallout Shelter. There's not much I have to say abot this game. A simple and fun management game. I like this genre a lot, if anyone knows other/better games from it, I'd love to get recommendations

Half my list is management games . Well, not really, but it's one of the most represented genres. Most of what I'll have here are top-down though, you know city-builder types, but I will have SimTower (*ahem*justacoupledaysahead*ahem*), which I guess, while old, is the most similar thing to Fallout Shelter I know of.

49: Farcry Vengeance?

Very close. It's Far Cry Instincts.

Ah yes, picked the wrong one.

Only played the original on PC a bit, and never really gotten into the series any further.

#49 Rogue Galaxy

A saddly overlooked PS2 gem from Level-5, which to this day is one of their best games in my opinion. Good story and characters with a fun combat system. I originally got the game simply because it looked interesting. Besides that I had no prior knowledge of it. Needless to say, it was a very positive surprise how good the game was. Don't have much else to say, except that you should play it.

Those are fine too. I recently got Cities Skylines and just yesterday I played like 5 straight hours

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

#50 was Shining Force.

Hint for #48: This game started a series that saw a spiritual sequel at launch on Xbox One.

Hint #48 - A very colourful indie platformer. It shines in multiplayer.

Runbow?

@Trucks - yep!

Correct!

Panzer Dragoon?

Step On It!

'Obscure' doesn't quite seem to cut it when it comes to this game. I highly doubt there's anyone who has actually heard about this game (maybe from me last year), and it was one of the developer's very few efforts in the business. The game it was cloned from however, should be more familiar; 'Solomon's Key' on the Nintendo Entertainment System, among others. A fact I never realized, even with having known about the NES game, until over a decade later.

'Step On It!' however is, besides simply being a lot of fun, a very important game for me. Aside from being the one of the first games I played on a home computer, it was also the one that introduced me to the puzzle genre. It was the first game that made me think, and it was highly addicting. I even play it still to this day, every once in a while, on the same old computer I did back then.

Like it's example 'Solomon's Key', the objective in 'Step On it!' is to make and break blocks to form stairs and bridges to overcome obstacles or to protect themselves and buy time against enemies by blockading their paths and finally reach the exit door. There's coins and other items to collect for points, weapons for defeating enemies and the key to unlock the exit. A simple concept, but after a while the game will get ridiculously difficult. It became a memorable experience long before that however.

Okay, that was just in time. In my time-zone anyway. On to the next one.

48: You really just want to point and shoot that one character, but you can't because he's inside the TV!
