SteamWorld Heist developer, Image & Form, made a comment on Twitter responding to a question asking how well Switch runs when it’s being used as a hand-held device. Here is their response:
Looks like the Switch may not be too underpowered after all, but what exactly do you think is meant by the response?

If the rumors about it being easy to port games to is true, then probably.

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.

I think so because Betheseda said they would only support the Switch if it were as powerful as the Xbox One. Look at Betheseda now. Lets hope it stays this way.

I have been playing FIFA 17 and Rocket League for months now. You do not understand how much I am looking forward to the Nintendo Switch.
The other bigger news is that other small studios have access the Switch dev kit.
