Would you change it to "the user formerly know as Damkira"? ;)

I say keep it. People know and respect you as Damkira. I get confused (albeit temporarily) by people changing avatars, so imagine names. By the way, no body assumes you are a chick because Damkira is the mother. I doubt very many people got the reference. I certainly did not. :)

If you really want to change your username, your best chance is to PM ioi. He might be the only person with direct access to the database. Even then, among so many users it will be a hassle as everything SHOULD be encrypted. But you can try anyways :P
