I don't think Username changing would be a good idea, Imagine if Everyone kept changing his/her user name? Everyday we'd have like a bunch of new users, but with no idea who they are. I also on' thnk this is possible. If it is, there should be a big fine for it. Bigger then the fine for changing Avatar's.

I say it should be possible with a $100 fine and there's an unchangeable list of previous names in small font underneath the new name.
