It's nice but I bet it costs an absolute fortune... would rather have just the display and connect own PC to it.

I was saving up for the Wacom 27"touch Cintiq, but this is so much better for me and way better value, so ill be saving up for this instead.

Equivalency would be the Wacom Cintiq 27" Touch screen at $2799 US

...and that's only a display.  Need to provide your own computer.

The Wacom Cintiq has better sesitivity but you can see that the Surface Studio is a much better deal.

Was saving up for that Wacom, but i'm definitely switching to the Surface Studio.

I have to say but that just looks so bad to me, so many places it can go wrong, from the rather strange looking piece which was picked up in the video and place on the screen very gently, is the screen going to be resistant to the impact of that slipping out of someones hand and having the corner of it hit the glass? also the hinge mechanism for folding the screen up and down... I hope to god they've stress tested that to within an inch of it's life because while it looks smooth in the video I couldn't help but picture after a few months those screens just laying flat face down on the desk requiring crutches to hold up to use.

I did like how the Foxconn kids were edited out of the video from 25-40 seconds, good to know our products are put together by magic! Feels less guilt if we think that.

Likes on the video are insanely positive though, it would appear I'm most certainly in the minority perhaps dreading the Windows 10 RT OS, will be interesting to see if people jump in to this as a mass consumer product though, because it does look futuristic... but I'm fairly certain that this is not for me.

Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive

I recall hearing there is input lag, will need to read some reviews for this.

This is neat looking, but as a professional artist I'm not a big fan of all-in-one PCs. My Cintiq has lasted me, what, 7 years and counting?  Will probably last much longer?  In that same span I've either bought entirely new PCs or at least changed parts 4 or 5 times. As nice as the big screen on the Surface Studio is, I'd much rather buy a 22" Cintiq or a 21" off ebay for cheap since they last forever, then build my own work PC.
