Hmmm, maybe Nintendo Land or Wii Party U?

Lego The Hobbit
Runbow
Hyrule Warriors
Some might need Pro Controller :/
Perhaps Kirby and the Rainbow Curse/Painbrush would be a good choice, though I would recommend you see multiplayer footage to see if it would tickle your fancy.

Nintendo Land, but the Zelda and Metroid minigame requires the motion plus, still can play the other ones like AC, Luigi's Mansion, Mario and Pikmin though
Hyrule Warriors, but player 2 has to shake the wiimote non-stop for basic attack :P
Pikmin 3, great co-op mode, but quite a few stages are DLC locked
Other ones I would recommend are already on your list

[3DS] Winter Playtimes [Wii U]
I've played Hyrule Warriors at a friend's before, and it was fun, though IIRC, local co-op is locked at 30 FPS.
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
Without a doubt get Trine and Trine 2! The graphics are stunning, the gameplay brilliant and it's best played with 3 players which makes it a bit unique. You can get them from the EShop for about $10 each and you won't regret it!
How about Mario Party 10? I always have a blast with my friends with that game, and all you need are Wiimotes.
*add alcohol to the mix and you have yourself a real Mario Party :P
We played Hyrule Warriors in multiplayer mode and I must say, at first it was kinda weird to shake the Wiimote all the time but after a minute I got used to it and didn't care anymore.
