Kingdom Hearts III screenshots preview Guard Form

Sneak peek at a new Drive Form.

Square Enix has shared a sneak peek at a new Drive Form available to Sora in Kingdom Hearts III called the “Guard Form.”

The shield used by Sora in this form was transformed from the Keyblade of Hercules’ shield, which has been previously shown.

According to Square Enix, this power form was edited as it is the Keyblade from a world that hasn’t been announced yet, so it has been changed into a hammer shape.

Kingdom Hearts III is in development for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

FFXV, TLG, and soon KH3, this feels like the end of an era. Where will squenix go after this? I hope they're considering a new ip (or new TWEWY game!!)
