lol I laugh at that boy, its about time terminal patients learned they arent above the rest of human kind -they can, and rightly so be robbed, beaten and killed just like the rest of us.

Retard, that was uncalled for. I bet not even your parents love you.

Ignore highwaystar.... he is one of those guys who say stuff just to get attention, even if it is cruel....what do you call those guys again....A$$HOLES? Yeah, that's the word.

OT: This is a very complicated moral issue. On the one hand, this is still just a plain theft/robbery case to the police and it should very well be because if anybody adds punishment to a criminal just because of the passion of the victim and/or public, then it will get carried away....up to the point where the guilty party may not have been guilty at all....then that is a crime in of itself.

On the other hand, the kid was a cancer patient. He already gots enough on his hands, now he has to know the cruelty of this world? It is very sad, very sad. The theives will prolly be punished like this is a normal theft case, but let's just say it will be very hard to ask for leniency for the theives.

Explanation of sig:

I am a Pakistani.....my name is Dan....how hard is that? (Don't ask about the 101...apparantely there are more of me out there....)

Except that he was completely right and, while what ubluey said may have some merit, I dare him to, given the chance, say them to that kid's face.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

Of course, but the problem is this: shouldn't there be a line between doing what is allowed and doing what is disrespectable?

It's like the freedom of speech. Yes, everyone has the right to say what they want to say, but sooner or later one can cross the line and be downright insulting to a certain group of individuals. Does that mean the person is allowed to say what they said? Yes they are. Should they have said it? I'm not too sure.
