I highly doubt it. Nintendo is just not interested in the power war going on.

That would defeat the purpose... of a portable handheld / home console hybrid.

Maybe they make a stronger switch... thats just a box that only does home console.... but I kinda doubt it.

The SCD patent indicates they are at least looking into it. And they've had revisions before, with DSi and New 3DS. If they are going ahead with the SCD concept, we may here more before launch. I suspect it's part of the dock's role, connecting to the SCD.

Nope but I expect to see multiple colours for the NS down the road.

It might be a good idea to appeal to a different audience, whatever happens i hope from now on the cardridges will be BC with newer consoles.
