3DS BC with only one small screen doesn't sound too good, DS BC is barely adequate on Wii U. Plus we don't know if the NS screen is a touchscreen.

Top screen = TV

Bottom = switch

Its a tablet of course it will have touch function.

You can't use it like the Wii U, Switch has to be docked to display on TV.

Probably will but it's not confirmed yet.

If the leaks are any indication, I was right, and Pokemon SunMoon really are gen 6.5. There is no third legendary, so there is no third game. I think Generation 8 will come sooner than people think, and it will be on Switch. And it will be awesome.

Did you watch the trailer? When its planted inside the dock, nothing of the tablet is touchable.

You remove the side parts of it, the controlls, and put slide them onto a controller base, to form a controller.

This is differnt than the Wii U 2 screen setup or the 3DS one.

At all times there is only 1 screen when your gameing.

It's too big to be a handheld per say plus it doesn't utilize touch screens going by the preview at least not in the game, this is why it can't replace 3DS the's probably a dedicated 3DS replacement on the way and it's very likely the library of both platforms will be unified.

Switch even with its portable element still comes across as very home console like in execution.

I don´t think it´s going to have backwards compatibility with 3DS :/

As soon as next year though? Of course I'd love that, but I don't wanna get my hopes up.

I mean, there's a rumor that one is happening next year on, but I don't buy it. Not unless it's a remake of Red/Blue or something. Definitely not a new generation.
