I don't think it looks better than TLOU or Uncharted on PS3... but that is taste, so I can accept saying BOTW is prettier than both (of course GT6 is prettier than any on the gen), but saying it's better looking than 8th gen exclusives on X1Ps4 is pushing a little.

GT6 had some incredible car models, but I feel like they made major sacrifices in environmental detail to acheive it. Some of the things they're doing with lighting in a lot of PS4/Xone titles make them look absolutely stunning, though -- especially UC4 and Horizon, but a nice artstyle can still take you a long way. Journey is still one of the prettiest games I've ever seen. Same with The WindWaker, and that was 6th gen! I guess I'm a sucker for cel-shading.

As always with Zelda games I love the art direction.

Prettiest is a stretch, but it will likely be the highest rated game released next year.

Nah. I like the style, but there's clear issues graphically. The high-points are the sky, and the grass. Low-points are the trees and the rocks. To me. I also still hope they'll tweak the contrast a little.
