Since it is a portable, Pokemon is coming alongside Nintendo Home franchises like Zelda or Splatoon.
Rip anything else in Japan.

Yassss! And Japan is loving Splatoon! Now they can play it on the go! Great times ahead!
Pocky Lover Boy!
Agreed. Unless Nintendo royally fucks up for some reason, I don't see why it won't dominate in Japan considering how successful the 3ds is and how handheld centric Japan is.

Absolutely. Just wait for Monster Hunter.
This is something entirely made for Japan. Console gaming will probably will be a thing of the past over there.
This is going to get so much japanese support. Just imagine playing a FFXV on the go, how big would that be. Or a Persona 5 on the go. Or any other big JRPG there.
RIP Xbox One. Oh wait, already dad

This console in Japan alone gonna sell 30+ millions
If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing (mostly)
And shepherds we shall be,
For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints
If the Switch gets the same king of Japanese support the PS4 gets, the Switch will be a literal thing.
