ok, im a supporter of england, but i have to admit, they are pretty "suckish" compared to other teams. the england national football team have the most overrated players in the world.

 i think its due to the fact that english players of today are just so damn cocky! they think that just because they are english and they "made" the sport, teams should bow down to them and let them win. this only refers to some players though.

why cant the english players of today play like the ones back in 196 where teh won teh world cup, or back in 1990 when they finished fourth place. charlton, robson, linekar, pierce, shilton, hurst, moore, barnes, ince and more. why they play like those guys, with a real passion for the game. 

players like lampard, both coles, robinson, owen, beckham (i changed my mind about him), gerrard, just dont give a fuck about playing for england. players like rooney, ferdinand, terry, hargreaves, SWP, lennon, bentley, barry, agbonlahor, crouch, james, foster, shorey, nolan, actually have a passion for playing for england and they motivate there team to victory.

i also blame the coaches. the british coaches theyve had lately, mclaren as a prime example, have been terrible. they ALWAYS use a 4-4-2 formation and play the wrong players. a prime example is when mclaren dropped beckham when he was at his prime, then said he is going for expirience, then towards the end when england wernt gunna qulaify for euro 08 he was like "its all about the youth now". he constantly keeps switching players at crucial times. a coach like capello is a good desicion. he should straighten out those lazy ass players and its good to have a foreign coach to change up that same old boaring english 4-4-2 like formation.

england need to make some crucial desicions in their player selection, and play the most hard working passionate players they can find. yes lampard is a good player for chelsea, but he cant do SHIT for england (2006 world cup) and he doesnt care either. this also goes for the england cricket team.

It's symbolic, the whole country is going to shit. We can't even run an extra terminal at an airport without screwing it up. When Poland entered the EU a very large number of Poles came over here to live and work. They're now going back to enjoy a better standard of living and better education for their kids. A recently communist country now offers a better life for people than the country which a century ago ruled 1/3rd of the world. English people are also leaving in record numbers, heading to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France and Spain. It's no wonder we're shit at football, we're shit at everything else too. The Queen has just cancelled her wedding anniversary party because of the state of the economy!!!

Is's because most of the premiership is made up of foreigners. I seem to recall my brother telling me that one saturday a few months back that of all of the premiership teams playing(12?) only about 10 players were english, leaving 120ish as foreign

It's probably because England keeps getting Football confused with Soccer. I suppose it's an easy mistake to make for non-americans with their silly accents. :P
