I like what I'm seeing so far from Linkzmax and Zero, with the former getting the conversation going and the latter taking the bait.

I mean that without you questioning his motives the efforts to start a conversation would have fallen flat so I feel you have played your role. I used the expression taking the bait because I thought at first that you were playing along and questionning the vote for conversation's sake but now it seems you're serious about it so I guess that's good too.

I am operating under the assumption there are two scum until proven otherwise.

I am a bit confused with the bolded. Is this a summary of your readthrough of what little has transpired Day 1? Or do you mean when you used the expression you thought zero was playing along, but since then you see it's super cereal?

Also, does liking what you see mean town feels or just happy with the activity?

I'm troubled by your explanation. Taking the bait should imply you thought zero was seriously drawn into my effort to start some conversation from the beginning. Playing along doesn't really jive with taking the bait. Feels more fabricated than a stretch of the expression. Also, Mr.Playstation basically beat zero to the punch on questioning my vote as well as the follow-up for my far-fetched reasoning, but gets no mention from you.

I don't see how my use of the expression "taking the bait" is incorrect in that context? My initial thoughts were that zero saw what you were doing and thought "Alright, I'll bite" how does that not jive with playing along?

A fish does not see bait on a hook and think "yeah, I'll play along with getting caught." The two expressions don't jive because one implies knowledge of what I was doing while the other implies falling for what I was doing.
