When the NX is finally revealed, sites are going to have a lot harder time coming up with actual news to get their hits I fear. Last month or so to get these hits in now, like... there has been a site predicting its reveal each week so eventually one of them will be right just by proxy and be heralded as the second coming of Christ for insider information because of it.

Wiiu pricing??? When the x1, ps4 is discounted with scorpio and pro coming out? While being about to get pretty great smartphones around the same price?

Launch price spurgeon, they need that extra quick buck from the most desesperated early adopter. And, man, have you seen such enthusiasm for any reveal before? I think the product will be sold out for a couple of months at least if it is indeed as cool as people say.

Also, I think 350 is the bigger Hard Drive and a free game, and the rumour has it that the NX includes all sorts of stuff. We will see.

I am burned for the lack of comunication from Nintendo, but will get interested again if they include a 500GB HD this time, I hate external drives.

They will probably keep this price till the interest drops, then change the pack in game and the color of the packaging and lose 50 bucks.

But thats the issue. They cant afford to make it at this price again unless the hardware is powerful which I doubt it will be. If the hardware isnt powerful for that price, people will lose interest from the beginning like how the wiiu was...

3.6tf for $300 would certainly be a good deal since most devs will be making games for ps4/x1 as their base console for another 3-4 years but I m skeptical. We have many rumors saying its a handheld with a dock so I doubt it will get 3.6tf

That´s because you are a well balanced self controled person. I have seen people pay all sorts of crazy prices for gadgets they want, people pay 2 thousand dollars for a iPhone here in Brazil, 1100 dollars for PSVR, ridiculous amounts of money just to have the newest coolest gadgets.

And, mind you, these people make 1000-2000 dollars a month in salary, they just make payment plans and get in debt. It is crazy.

I think they will follow the Nintendo 3DS strategy: a salty price at launch to get a quick buck and them a price drop when the things calm down. Seens like a healthy strategy.

Exactly this.I lost count of how many "claims" we had that said they knew when the reveal was going to happen.I mean, this one has a bit of credibility, since the investor meeting is comming up, but it has as much credibility as the one about the TGS, and we all know how that turned out.
