While you got a point, I would say it's never going to be a good time to release a hybrid. PS4s will hit rock bottom prices when Pro releases. PSVR is coming out, or is out (I don't really know or care), and there is higher priced alternatives at the doorstepif gamers want something more. Let's face it, NX better blow our socks off.

Sad thing is, if it is revealed in Jan and launches March and flops, everyone here will immediately be on the "revealing on launching so close together was a terrible idea" train.

Last chance to reveal this year would be at the investor meeting, in my opinion.A direct before it for example.But I think the best we will get from that is a date for the reveal and maybe the official name.

Nah, it will be revealed this year for sure. Even if it's delayed to fall 2017, they will still show it.

Nah, seems to me like tears of bitterness. You just can't stand the fact that some people place value in 4K BR playback on a gaming console. That's why you find the need to bring it up at every opportunity.
