They will probably share something significant about it during the investor's meeting. That or after Christmas.
I doubt investors will let it pass without knowing what it is.

I think I agree. If it doesn't get revealed in October, I don't think they're going to reveal it until January. I feel like Nintendo isn't going to reveal it during the holidary season and if it gets revealed any later than January, I believe that it won't be releasing in March.

I thnk they should have revealed it by now, especially since now that Paper Mario Color SPlash is out, Wii U is done until Zelda, then it's done period.

Why reveal it during the holiday season? Holidays are when you put stuff out, not reveal what's coming later.

I still deeply wish they had more for Wii U this holiday season, but...

Oh wait. We have the NES Classic.

There's a recent article floating around with a Nintendo rep reiterating that NX will be revealed in 2016. I think October would be the latest they should do it. Sony has already unveiled Pro, Scorpio...might still have some time to go but I doubt unless NX has a feature that is revolutionary, that Scorpio would copy it or even have the guts literally and metaphorically to copy NX's idea.

Nintendo has to say something this month. By the leaks though, NX is supposed to arrive in demo form in February and launch in march so anything could happen with the launch of this thing. Nintendo however, can't afford to delay it.

Well, Nintendo did make an statement that they would talk about the NX in fall 2016.Now, something may have happened that made them push the date back, but I dont think they are doomed this holiday season.They have plenty of titles coming for 3DS in the winter, with the biggest one being Pokemon Sun/Moon, they have the NES Classic and they have the Mario app game.So they are more than fine and can hold off the NX announcement.I mean, I guess investors are pretty happy for now.The issue is if they will have enough time to market the NX, but thats another discussion altogether.
