I actually thought the opposite but it's been a long time since they talked about and suddenly they announced it releasing next month.

Yes I can, it is also bit my mistake because you have to put the voices on manually but only the english ones (who I really do not like). If you want the game in Japanese on your PS4 you have to buy a new version and hope it comes with the Japanese pre order dlc. (It looks like many shops in europe atleast have the first shipment version). If you buy the game used you can not play it in Japanese.  

So if you are like me and love to play the games in Japanese it is maybe better to go for a new version and not a used version.

But if you don't mind you can get it on the vita because it has a Japanese voice pack on the store for free.

I got the game from Cash Converters (they have one in Antwerpen close to central station).  Those guys don't know how to price games and a lot of Japanese games tend to be underpriced because the neighbourhood is not a fan of them.
