Are we sure it's a new Mario game and not MArio Maker NX? Because if they can port it to the 3DS, surely they will port it to the NX with ease.

They will, but they also want to open strong out of the gate. They need a big NX exclusive, not just Wii U ports. After all, many early adopters will presumably be Wii U owners who already have mario maker and could happily settle of Zelda oat 720p, 30fps.
Mario Maker could come at any point in the year.

I doubt that they would make another port after the one for 3DS.

I'm sure Nintendo will bring a Mario Maker port to the NX. It will probably use either a gamepad or the NX handheld part to make the levels, but it will sure come to it. The game is Nintendo's Minecraft. It doesn't need sequels, just regular updates and additions.

They will definitely not promote new Mario Maker port like big launch title, also definitely would be too much to have port for NX also after 3DS. New 3D Mario game is right on track to be relased in 2017, its not at all that hard to imagine new 3D Mario for launch.

Why would the difference between the base console and a bundle be 100 bucks? Couldn't be just a game. Don't tell me the base console doesn't come with the "dock"? Time to start questioning if it even comes with a power adapter
"Interact" with your game on the go instead of "play" sounds pretty bad too, if it's going to be like that then calling it an hybrid is about as accurate as calling me a Playmate

It doesn't say interact with your games on the go is a tagline. It could just be something on a bullet pointed list. It's not a great line, but I've seen worse on posters. I'm not saying I believe this rumor, but that part doesn't give me pause.
The 1080p part seems weird to me, but for different reasons. Nintendo just doesn't usually talk about stuff like that, and it seems odd they would start now.
