Updated: Metacritic up to 83 now. Looks like another Playstation success in terms of reviews. A great addition to its diverse library.

I enjoyed the demo, I'll pick this up at some point.

85/100 on both sites now. A sleeper hit is upon us. At least critically.

I put down the pre-order months ago. I love Dragon Quest, and this is an excellent idea that provides everything I always felt Minecraft was lacking for me as someone that prefers gameplay with at least some focused direction.

It's already a financial success in Japan but hopefully it does well in the west and they invest heavily in a sequel. 

I had no interest in this game after the Heroes, but the demo was on the PS Store so i downloaded it. I loved it's charm and it was a lot of fun, i just wish your hero could level up... Not a big deal though, had it pre ordered after that.

I played the demo a bit and enjoyed it. I was going to buy it day one but I'm still a long way from finishing Dragon Quest 7. As soon as I finish that though I will be picking this up on PS4. I still wish that the Vita would be getting a physical release for this though.
