I was hoping someone would have a backlog of console shipment numbers for this generation (ie Wii, PS3, and 360).   I'm hoping for at least quarterly shipment numbers but if someone has/knows the predictions set out for each quarter as well that would be fantastic.

Wii - Q3 - Total
Japan - 1.32 million - 4.99 million
America - 3.39 million - 8.85 million
Other - 2.26 million - 6.3 million

World  - 6.97 million - 20.14 million



Sony and MS no longer offer a breakdown by territory.

I'm somewhat interested in the 360 numbers because there seems to be some disagreement between TheSource and BKK2s numbers. I tend to trust TheSource more (no offense BKK2) but I wanted to confirm this as best as I can. Feel free to give any input you guys can find on this.

Note: MS's fiscal year ends at the end of June. In other words June 30th '06 is the end of the '06 FY and July 1st '06 is the start of the '07 FY. Keep this in mind when deciphering the meaning of articles.

I'd like to find confirmation of some sort for the red lines if possible, if anyone has a link or thinks they can find them please do. I'm particular interested in Sep & Dec '06 since they don't fit with TheSource's data.

I was just about to say why not use calendar years in your tables to avoid confusion (due to different fiscal years for the companies), but you already edited it.

Viper, or anyone. Do you have past data for Nintendo split into region and quarter? because Nintendo adds each quarter to the last on the site I cant seperate each quarter by region, so if anyone has saved them somewhere that would be nice.

I could have sworn 360 was at 7.8 million shipped through September 2006 but I can't find any links to back it up.

I think I was mixing up numbers. I joined this site because a guy named Monty stated in late 2006 that Vgchartz numbers, which had 360 at ~7.8 million (so thats probably where the number came from in my mind) were impossible based on 10.4 million shipped through the end of 2006.

I too thought 7.8m was correct and couldn't find anything to support it so you're not alone there.

In any case, I'm going to use these numbers for now, if anyone finds more info on this (I really don't care if it confirms or contradicts me, I just want the right numbers) please post it.
