I think people have to understand something fundamentally different about this fight. It seemed skewed towards Sasuke because he wanted to kill Naruto and wasn't holding back. While Naruto was only fighting Sasuke enough to keep him from killing him and to try and save him from himself...

The amount of Chakra that Naruto can store, channel and manipulate is otherworldly amongst the other fighters his age, let alone the many hokage that came before him. Yes he doesn't have the shear technical skills that Sasuke has but Naruto shares that natural Goku fighting spirit where he will find a way out of no way to get the job done.

Also Kurama is clearly the strongest of the tailed beast, back when Naruto had just merged with Kurama fighting Obito and reanimated Madera. All of the tailed beast they had under control made beast balls while Naruto and Kurama matched that power even in those early stages of them uniting their Chakra...

Especially the part from 2:45 looks amazing for a non-movie anime episode.
This is done by a very talented animator who mostly worked on One Piece as of late, but he had free time recently so DB Super hired him. He is going to animate next week's episode as well.

That DBS episode was amazing yeah haha. Still, I think the Madara vs Allied forces was pretty well done (That scene was the worst I must admit, but most of it was really good IMO). For Naruto, leaving movies aside, the best were Sasuke vs Orochimaru, Kakashi vs Obito, Gaara vs Lee and the original valley of the end Sasuke vs Naruto.

On Dragon ball, I think that animation was great but I think the drawings were superior in the old series ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JPIGt5fpysM this for example )
