I don't have an XOne, but even I was excited that Xbox owners may get something similar to R&C. The gameplay looked similar to that with its own twist. 

 

I'm just wondering what this will do to thingies career (forgotten what the creators name is, the ex Capcom guy). 

I hyped the game on the first CGI trailer. But on the first gameplay, I was disappointed.

The trailer indicated something slow paced. I was expecting something like Mad Max with platform and a lovely relationshop with the dog, but is a fast TPS + platform. So I rather play Sunset Overdrive.

It's a shame really, I was hoping for this game to do great but after seeing gameplay I thought the game looked average. I still think there's is fun to be had with this game but extremely buggy games shouldn't be acceptable. Hopefully they deal with these issues quickly and as soon as they do we should support it. Industry needs games that do something a little different to compliment the AAA sequels. Once they iron out the bugs so the game runs at a decent standard then we should give it some support even if it's just saying a few positives about the game.

Right now though we shouldn't cut any slack for developers releasing broken games. Release your god damn games at a decent standard and stop with the 'release now fix later' attitude.

Come on now, since when does the price point has necessarily to be related with the quality of a game? it may be because the budget wasn't that high and they could profit even at that price. Lots of shit games sell for $60 or higher so..
