Yes my laptop is almost 2 years old. And it wasnt $3000USD. Not even close.

Your laptop, at the very most, is 13 months old. And for a 970m SLI in Australia with 16gb of RAM, you didn't pay $2000 (especially in $AUS).

You're a liar, and you got caught.

Your joking right? Do you know how much i paid for it? Do you know where i brought it from? You stated 3k. I could have brought duel 1080s for that price plus some.

Heres a hint, a 1080 is worth 1000-1200 down here. A 970m was no where near that price.

You just keep lying and lying...

The average pricepoint for a laptop with a single GTX1080 in it is $2800.

For one.

In USD.

Fact of the matter is you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about, you got caught in a lie, and you refuse to let up.

Whoa whoa whoa, hold on...

No. We're talking about laptops. And just because the laptop GTX 10X Series use the same naming scheme as the desktop versions doesn't mean you can plug a Desktop card into a laptop.

Again, you're a liar, and you're digging a whole with your own ignorance.

Haha what are you talking about? Who said anything about plugging a desktop card into a laptop?  I am talking about price points and comparing the price of a 970m to a brand new 1080 card. Nothing to do with plugging a desktop card into laptops. That comment amazes me. $3000USD will buy you 2 titan cards in Australia and 4 970m.

$2800 for a 1080m USD? What are you buying an Alienware? My Laptop cost me 2k and its not fitted with a 1080m so your point doesnt match up. My PC upgrade i can buy 1080GPUs for $1000 and they range up to $1600. Just incase you havnet got it yet. My Laptop is fitted with cheaper 970ms not a $1000 GTX 1080 GPU.

Your really trying to prove me wrong and i find it amusing just like all your other attempts. All this debating makes me want to play my Laptop now. Enjoy justifying yourself. And keep trying ;)

Okay, I'm done. Anyone who knows anything about laptops already knows you're a liar. We're talking about laptops, and a year ago a 970m SLI setup with 16gb of RAM would have been no less than $2500USD. To say you bought one for $2000AUS is a lie and it is a show of your ignorance on the laptop sector.

In addition to that, the GTX 970m isn't a chip readily available to the public and is only used for OEM (essentially, it lacks an MSRP and only has what Nvidia charges repair shops for it, which I can assure you was over $900USD at the time of release).

You're wrong, you're a liar, and you constantly talk about things you have no knowledge of (ex: Saying PSNow is an option for you when it is not available in Australia). You dug a hole, and now you're acting like you didn't as you dig deeper and deeper.

Boom, there you go again. Talking about stuff you don't know about, making stupid mistakes like this.

The GTX10X series carries the same name in both Laptop and Desktop series (meaning 1080m isn't a card). The reason is because the line between desktop card and laptop card had become so thin, that Nvidia wanted to boast about it and refer to the 10X cards by the same name; as a show that "it's the same thing", even though one is insanely expensive to manufacture. So yes, laptops with GTX1080 are fucking expensive, because it is within less than 10% of the desktop card's performance. That's why they still release GTX9Xm series; it's more affordable. But that doesn't mean that they're cheap, just less expensive. So plugging TWO 970m's into a laptop a year ago? Fuck, just getting two 965m's cost $2000 in an off brand. And that's USD.

But you didn't klnow that, because you're too busy digging deeper into a stupid lie when you could have just admitted that you have no idea what you'rew talking about and ended it.

I suggest you start looking for better places to buy your PC/Laptops. Sounds like your getting ripped off. My laptop is far from top of the range however it packs a punch. I dont need to convince you. Nor do i care if you believe me or not. Go out and buy that $3000 1080X Laptop ($5000-$6000 AUS here haha)

The fact you use words like lair and dug hole only prove to me you failed at ywhat your trying to do. Keep up the good work, maybe you can find someone else to baitr into your little war. Im jumping on WoW and im going to do it on my Laptop just for the fact you dont beleive it.

You have no idea what you're talking about at all times. A SLI 970m, with the exception of the new 10X cards, is most definitely a top tier laptop.

Oh, but you wouldn't know. You're just a liar.

Oh, but you wouldn't know. You're just a liar.

I was opting to go with a twin 980m laptop but that was a $3000 laptop. So i didnt bother. Also who said im buying this from a Retailer? You see you jump on people for posting and you havent even covered all the grounds. Did you ever ask yourself that maybe im not paying Retail? Did you ask yourself that maybe im buying my stuff off friends? What if its stolen? What if i brought a ex demo model? Instead im just a lair because i brought a bargain laptop which you refuse to believe. *The Rocks voice*  It doesnt matter what you say.

Go enjoy your games, i will enjoy mine. My next PC will be roughly $2500 investment and guess what, im going to get the best on the market and the best price i can find. You wont believe that because where your from it is probably $6000USD.
