It is something new, so I understand why it's a hot topic.

About the "gamer sense", that's the main reason why I speculate people will stick with Sony: their games are much more appealing and diverse. I'm looking forward to Detroit and God of War too.

Do you believe that playing those games on the PS4 Pro is actually going to enhance your experience?

In my opinion, the new features and specs are not worth the upgrade over a normal PS4.

No. I rather keep my original PS4.  I would only buy the Pro if I was a new consumer.

I also have a good PC, so...

3DS, Wii, PSP, Vita, PS2, PS3, PS4 & Steam.

I for one do NOT have a PS4.  So buying a PS4 Pro would be my best option.

Yes, agreed. It makes sense.

I am actually a bit torn, because the $299 PS4 Slim price point is so attractive and I don't see a big difference between the normal PS4 and the Pro.

It will all come down to price when the Scorpio releases. If there is A $200+ difference in price I think it might have a hard time shifting units.

Understood.  My justification is the difference in HDD space and "slight" enhancements to the visuals.  My preference.

If that is the case, skip the slim and buy the Uncharted 4 bundle. You will get an awesome looking console, a great game and a PS4 for the same price as a slim. It will be new and operate exactly as the slim does.

If we're talking sales between the Scorpio and the Pro then the Scorpio will get outsold 3 to 1, if not more

No sane person with a 4K TV would buy a PS4 now. Sony really screwed up.

This is all common sense yet people still pretend that X1 is in some kind of equal race with PS4.

Depends on whether it's a sprint or a marathon. The Scorpio can't run the former, but I am pretty sure it will be able to run the latter while snoring...
