What I meant is that I'm not sure if the even the NX will even get KHIII due to being weaker than the XB1.

Eh, I don't think it's a matter of XB1 beeing the weaker console, moreover until it's revealed/we know what kind of SCDs the NX will get we don't know how powerfull it'll be
