What are your thoughts on the BF1 beta?

Don't have anything to complain about other than I don't like Battlefield lol. I've tried so many times to get into that IP but I just can't. The matches are too long, too many people wondering around... too isolated and slow. I like the short team death match style of Halo/COD more.

But it seemed great for what it was.

Jokes aside, I've been having fun with it for the most part. I'm actually sort of amazed how smoothly it runs, considering I have 'only' a GTX 770. My main problems are with snipers, who are overpowered on Rush, and possibly tanks, which seem really hard to counter even as an assault. Oh, and the occassional lack of equipment is sort of annoying too, although it was quite amusing at first.

Frostbite is extremely well optimized on PC, it's the lead platform. :)

As far as I know, they haven't announced any official dates. There's a legit-seeming rumor about it ending on the 8th though, but apparently it's not confirmed and should be treated as a rumor.

I like it alot. Nice that snipers rifles don't shoot slow motion bullets like in bf4. Long time bf player and I'm very happy with this beta and i wish i could also play the map with the blimp.

Yeah, damn it. And now to take that decision wether to invest 120 Euros in this game, for the game + season pass. I can't believe how expensive some games are.
