I feel the pun, I can feel it.
I generally only have around 20 mins free time when I get up son usually have a bowl of wheat biscuits with honey but on my days off I'll have 4 poached eggs or scrambled with two slices of toast. Sometimes I treat myself to some smoked salmon to honesty my eggs aswell.

Don't usually have much time for breakfast, when I do it's scrambled eggs with a banana on the side. Some days I'll go for some all bran and sliced bananas on top.

Nope. I'm almost never hungry until lunch time, so I just save the calories. I don't buy into the 'most important meal of the day' mumbo jumbo.
That said, breakfast food is fucking delicious, and on occasion I do love most any dish with eggs or baked goods.
