If Neo launches next year with the 4.4 TF performance, I think MS will market the hell of out Scorpio. I think the best move would be to launch it this year if I was them provided it is ready or increase the performance if it is launching next year. (Also launching with FFXV would be nice for me)

Sony seems to be targeting the hardcore fans with the PS4 Neo and its probably going to be a lot more expensive so for those who don't have a PS4 the cheaper option would be the best way to go.

Which is why not releasing it will result in all of those people waiting on buying a PS4.

I think the Nvidia talk about the NX may just be BS. If we go by what AMD were saying, I'm guessing the "win" this year is the Neo. The one's next year are Scorpio and NX. There's no way they were referring to the Slims, otherwise that would be two "wins" this year. But, AMD wouldn't need to win them, cause they are the only ones Sony and MS could go to for smaller versions of the same chips within the OG PS4 and XBO.
