Link. Come on, how many of us don't dream of being him? Saving the world and the princess? That's every guy's dream. Getting to own baddies with the master sword and an array of other amazing weapons? That makes it even better. Plus, he's just plain cool. Oh, and not only does he get Zelda, but traditionally at least two or three other girls as well.
