I'm not saying is impossible for PS4 be up YOY in Germany but honestly, that's seem hard right now.
460,000 by end of July, which is an avg. of 65k per months, but of course there are better months than others, like the first quarter is bigger than the second ecc.
If we use that 65k avg even for August and September (which seem high but let's use it), and maybe 100k in October because is the month of the Neo, that's still under 700k YOY. Now, last holidays was 570k, i can see it sells better, maybe 700k, wihch could be with the 700k of the rest of year about the same of last year.
Could happen, but i really can't see it be MUCH up YOY. It's gonna be close.
EDIT: Wait are you talking about only holidays sales? Then yes PS4 will be up surely.
More Xbox and Wiiu kompared to Playstation 4 than i thought.

Did you ever think maybe they didn't want to manufacture anymore because it would be very costly for them? So they had ~800k+ left and that was all they had to sell.
With the Wii U having terrible software support again in 2016 did it really make sense to do that? When they can just sell off what they had left and move on.

Yes. PC is also very popular in Germany. It gets physical release of various PC games. PC and PlayStation are really popular. Sales number is also saying the same.

I want to see if 3ds sales are truly lower than it it is in UK,.as vgc shows.. I ;) ;) ;)
I doubt that it has sold less, 3ds has tons of titles in the weekly Germany software charts...
Ultimately, Germany must be bigger market for Nintendo inspite of UK being a bigger market overall, and Germany being the third in size european market after France, with the UK at first place...
For instance 3ds numbers here are 4.3 for France ( Slightly undertracked compared to official sales figures ) while 3.3m in the UK, 1m differencem a big one and wii u sales are 750k in Germany ( 860k in France vgc) while they're 690k ( vgc ) in the UK...

Why? VGChartz has Wii U ahead of Xb one. Sure, you can always be a bit sceptical that VGC is sufficiently accurate to be certain that systems that close in sales are in the right order. But having a second source confirming VGC has the right order (though undertracked in both cases) should not cause surprise.
Or have we as a community become so jaded abou VGC hardware numbers because of the faltering publication of sales that no one bothers to even look at hardware sales any more, and reports of sales numbers now routinely come as a surprise even when they roughly agree with VGC numbers?
