Restart your PS4, try to go into the store, then the new terms and agreements will pop up, accept them n youre good to go

PSN is always down for me... or at least, too much for my liking. The Wii U doesn't charge me a dime so it's ok when they manually take it down to work on it. PSN, not so much. On XBL, a service I used for more than a decade, the thing NEVER went down for "maintenance" one single time. PSN? Not only is it down for maintenance but it's totally unstable, at least for me.

Once my subscription is over this November, I'm leaving the service forever.

Yep no probs. Earlier I had to resign in and agree to updated T&C and it's been fine since
