Do you talk about selling more this year compared to the PS4, or overtake the Lifetime sales of PS4 in the US
The first one is possible. The Latter one obviously not with the >1.5m lead for the PS4

But i do think Xbox One Family will be > PS4 Family at the end of 2017 or 2018

This knee jerk reaction to sales really needs to stop. I'm not saying the XB1 can't sell better or eventually catch up to the PS4 (in the US)  but Sony have yet to drop the price, reveal the Neo/Slim, release the PSVR, launch their bundle exclusives or advertise them heavily. Let's wait until the Sony meeting next month before we jump off the deep end.

Whether it's more expensive than the XB1s doesn't matter. The last three years have shown us this.

i highly doubt sony will get greedy
the ps4 neo chip in 16/14nm will be about the same size as the original ps4 chip in 28nm. it will cost more to manufacture thanks to the new expensive process, but not that much more.
on the other hand, the GDDR5 ram is way cheaper today compared with 2013. (although, they will use faster one, ofc)

the ps4 neo should cost about the same to produce like the ps4 back in 2013 or slightly more

Really? Because every time the PS4 finished behind the XB1 in an NPD month, the most common explanation was that it's because the PS4 is more expensive/the XB1 is cheaper.

Yes, really. The PS4 has always been at least $50 (sometimes $100 with less free games) more expensive and has been winning easily. And when I say 'always' I'm not exaggerating so I'm at a loss to understand why you're questioning it. I can only assume you haven't been following the Amazon thread or NPD sales.
