^ To summarize, the explosion happened after the suicide bomber was denied entry into a music festival because he refused to have his backpack checked by security. The positive side is that the only death was the bomber, himself. There are people who got injured, though, so hopefully they recover.

In my opinion, the west should stop supporting ISIS, they should work with Putin to stabilize Syria instead of sabotaging Russia's efforts, and then they should help these migrants safely resettle in their home countries.  The west should then pump money into Syria's economy the same way that the US did with Japan after WWII.  Europe is doing no favors by lawlessly allowing mass immigration into their country.  Not only are they stoking the flames of civil war in Europe and reviving fascism, but they are also devastating Syria who is seeing its youth flee which will harm efforts to rebuild the country after this crisis is over.

I'm not sure what is going on in the rest of these countries (afaik Liberia and Somalia are war zones aswell), but reality is that there are lots of wars which don't really have much or any presence in our media, yet ppl from these countries absolutely have the right to flee to a safe country and hope for asylum.
