Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo @ E3 2017

I have high hopes for Ninten for E32017. Coming off the high heels of the NX, E3 could be an excellent time to continue fueling hype for it with even more game announcements coming down the pipeline. It could def support the March release even more with more games on the way. Not sure if they would do a live presentation, but it could def be a good opportunity to make a return.

What I am thinking. Need to keep fueling the fire over the summer as well.

That's what we said about E3 2016...

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

Let's face it. Nintendo has made it abundantly clear they don't care about E3. I honestly expect nothing but a few videos of things they are already going to announce by the time NX rolls out. They can't really hold info back and expect to get people on board with the NX, and I'm fairly sure we are going to know all their long term plans before it releases (which is before E3 next year).

So I'm going to guess teaser trailers for games around Christmas in hopes to get a few people to save their money for when NX comes, and story trailers for the same games they showed teaser trailers for at E3.

Basically, no big news for Nintendo at E3 2017.

I just hope they do. The ball is in their court.

recent Mario Kart games were always released 3 years apart from one-another so, given that MK8 sold so well releasing in May I think they might just release it in that period, in the end it'd be part of the launch window of NX and given the longevity of Mario Kart it could make up for possible drought months of Summer

Never did release during the three first months of a consoles life though, I am expecting MK9 early, but not that early.

the fact that they never did it doesn't mean that they never will, a launch window featuring Zelda+MK9+other games would set the console for a great start...

E3 is irrelevant.

Why too early for Nintendo E3 2017 prediction, we first need NX reveal..

It shows that Nintendo doesn't need e3. Nintendo can take over whatever they want when they really want it.
