Forums - Gaming - Pokemon Go doesn't have features promised in the first trailer

Am I stupid or did someone compare an obvious not gameplay cgi trailer to the actual gameplay?

It's even worse, not only do the Pokemon look different, I also don't get Pokeballs magically in my hands when I push a button.

This advertisement is a pure lie!

Kotaku? Yes, right..... Is there anything left in the videogame market that Kotaku hasn´t ranted yet ?

The game is barely available in 03 countries.... there will be updates in the future.
As for the visual of the Pokemon... they´re just fine and it´s a good thing they were downgraded, so the game consumes less memory

I'll demand a refund, this shit is unacceptable.

I would like a pokemon 360 degree view to look at them at detail....just for fun.

Ubisoft: "They used 3 less pixels for the textures than in the trailer, lynch them!!!!!"
Nintendo: "Lol, did you really expect it would look like it did in the trailer? You're dumb."

Nintendo fans usually don't care about pixel counting, and Ubisoft didn't release the games where something like this happened on Nintendo systems anyway (safe for Watch Dogs, but that got shit thrown at for other reasons), so... this doesn't apply here.

EDIT: But actually, this says something even deeper about Nintendo fans: they can recognize easier what to expect and what not.
