Now that Pokémon Go is out, I'm thinking there might be a rise in crime in certain locations. Kids wandering out at night to ghetto locations and dark places.

Maybe some gangs will set up in certain spots and when unassuming visitors arrive will be robbed.

I actually walked to one of the spots on my morning work break. Its kind of safe now, but at night time it could be scary. There were some people wondering what the heck I was doing walking in front of a sign and then leaving. 

I read that every time you open the App there's a warning stating to pay attention where you go when using the App.
Also given this is Ingress but with Pokémon the rise in such events should have already happened with that game, wouldn't it ?

That's a good point, but I don't think there will be enough kids going to dark places for Pokemon Go to actually increase crime. But Nintendo did shut down the messenger app of the 3DS due to pedophilia rumours, so they sure did a lot of research.

This was actually a worry of mine.
I can imagine them wandering off, and getting lost.
Getting hit by cars, because their absorbed in getting to the pokemon across the road.

That sorta stuff.

I've already trespassed twice this morning but it was worth it.

If I venture into other people's houses, it would be well worth it to be at one of your Mom's houses to catch a Pokémon. That way I can tell people that I was at your mom's house and I had my balls all over her face.

No way. Instead of people fighting and killing eachother, they will resolve their problems by having a Pokemon battle just like in the anime! Yes, even gangsters.
